“Every child is an Artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.” Pablo Picasso.  I am always glad when I find that flicker of childish creativity in someone’s eyes. For that one moment, I know the little artist inside survived and all I want to do is give him a shove in the right direction. I guess this is why you are here. To fill that creative gap, that has been there for so long. Well, it is a good thing that even Albert Einstein said: “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”

That is where I come in, as a young artist with a passion for skill development, ready to spark that creativity. Most people come up to me and tell me that they know nothing about art. Well great, so you have a lot of space for inspiration, which is all you need. That is all I had in the beginning too.

My passion for art started at a very young age of 11 when I attended my first art classes. As a very curious person, my passion for art grew into a variety of medium, and I soon developed an undying love for it.

I also experienced different working environments and thus developed a love for the business world. This urged me to study Visual Arts, Marketing and Graphic Design.

“Ok, so Cien you expect me to go and study three different fields?” Nope, that is why I studied them for you. To share each and every secret I have learnt.

For now, let me just share one. You know when you walk into your favourite music store, while you ignore the salespeople, you immediately rush to your favourite band or genre.

Guess what. You know what you like and it is as simple as that. You don’t walk up to the salesman and tell him; “I know nothing about music”.

Art is exactly the same. It is all about what inspires you, touches your heart, evokes emotions or maybe, just maybe changes your perspective.
